A website built around your customer’s questions
We start with the people you want to reach and the questions they ask before contacting you. Your homepage introduces the business; individual service pages explain what you offer, who it is for and how to take the next step. The scope can include an about page, project examples, common questions and a contact or consultation route.
What we agree before design begins
- The purpose and audience of the website
- A page list and the content required for each page
- Who supplies copy, photographs and brand materials
- Your enquiry or booking process
- Languages, hosting requirements and integrations
These decisions define the project quote. Additional languages, custom features and third-party services are scoped separately rather than assumed to be part of every website.
Content, responsive layouts and enquiries
We plan a readable hierarchy, consistent visual direction and layouts for different screen sizes. Contact routes should be easy to find and explain what happens after an enquiry. Before handover, we check the agreed pages and important forms, including their feedback states.
A defined process and handover
We clarify requirements, design and build the pages, review them with you and prepare the handover. You receive the agreed website files and access, with guidance for everyday content updates. Hosting, maintenance and future changes should have named responsibilities.
Timing and cost depend on the scope
Our usual delivery estimate is 7–14 working days for suitably scoped projects with content and approvals ready. More pages, additional languages or integrations can change that estimate. We confirm the timetable and price after reviewing your needs. Read our guide to comparing website quotes before the first conversation.
See a relevant project
The Alltid Redo project shows a service business website with information about its work and a quote request route. An industrial business may instead need a product-led enquiry structure, as in Petro Aro.
